John O. Ridley
President

Mr. Ridley is the President and CEO of Dryden. He focuses primarily on performing reverse sales tax audits and audit defenses for companies in the healthcare, retail and technology sectors.

Prior to co-founding Dryden, Mr. Ridley was the Sales Tax Technical Director for a sales and use tax consulting firm. Mr. Ridley’s responsibilities included generating sales tax refunds and reducing sales tax audits for companies across numerous industries. Specifically, Mr. Ridley’s responsibilities included coordination of sales tax reverse audits, audit defense/abatement, and sales tax planning.

For twenty years Mr. Ridley served as a Sales and Use Tax Auditor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue. In addition to the audits of thousands of large and medium-sized companies, Mr. Ridley supervised the audits of Fortune 500 companies located throughout the United States.

Mr. Ridley has given numerous sales and use tax seminars for companies throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. He is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

He is a graduate of Thompson Business School with an Associates Degree in Accounting and attended the University Center of Harrisburg where he majored in Accounting.


Stephen M. Massini
COO/CFO

Mr. Massini is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Massini assists Mr. Ridley in the overall operations of Dryden and is focused on the finances of the company as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the Company. He is also responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the Company.

Prior to joining Dryden in 2009, Mr. Massini was the CFO of HVHC, Inc., which is a $1.5 billion subsidiary of Highmark, Inc. (a large Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurer). Prior to joining Highmark in 1997, Mr. Massini spent 11 years with Ernst & Young in their offices in Harrisburg, PA and Nashville, TN.

In addition to a wide variety of financial related experiences obtained while at HVHC and Ernst & Young, Mr. Massini has extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions, SEC registrants, debt financings and public offerings.

Mr. Massini is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with honors in accounting.


Aaron M. Ridley
VP – Tax & Administration Harrisburg, PA

Mr. Ridley is a state tax professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the sales and use tax consulting field. He has been with Dryden since its inception in 1997. Prior to joining Dryden in 1997 as a sales tax consultant, he attended Harrisburg Area Community College, where he majored in Business and Accounting.

Mr. Ridley assists in the overall operations of Dryden and is focused on managing and overseeing the company’s various State audit defense, sales and use tax refund and tax compliance projects.

Mr. Ridley is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.


Michael T. Eismann
VP – Sales & Marketing Harrisburg, PA

Mr. Eismann has been a part of the Dryden team since 1998. When he arrived at Dryden in 1998 he was a sales tax consultant and assisted in sales tax refunds and audit defense work in many different states.

Mr. Eismann was promoted in 2005 and was asked to join the sales force for Dryden. He spent 3 years as a salesman for Dryden and in 2008 was given the title of Pennsylvania sales manager and marketing manager where he managed the sales for Pennsylvania and marketing for Dryden across the northeast.

Mr. Eismann became the V.P. of Sales and Marketing in 2009 where he now manages the entire sales team for Dryden, all marketing for Dryden, and all client relationships, while helping build a partnership between Dryden and its Clients.


James Nuttall
Director of Taxes

Albany, NY

Mr. Nuttall is a state tax professional with more than thirty years of experience with the state of New York. He spent thirty three years with the Department of Tax and Finance’s Audit Division. During this time Mr. Nuttall held the position of Auditor, Team Leader, and District Office Section Head in the Sales Tax Program as well as Program Manager and Program Chief in Corporation Tax. He culminated his career in April of 2002 while holding the position of Program Chief in the newly formed Income/Franchise Tax Field Audit Bureau.

Mr. Nuttall received an AAS with a major in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College and a BA in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose.


Bryan Bass
Director of Taxes
Virginia
Virginia Beach, VA

Mr. Bass is a state tax professional with more than twenty years experience in tax administration with the state of Virginia’s Department of Taxation.

He played a major role in tax policy directives and their applications to government contractors. His major responsibilities included audits of large companies, applying interpretations of the Virginia Tax Code and the Rules and Regulations, and applying proper statistical analysis in audit sampling. He achieved Senior State Tax Auditor status and functioned as team leader on audits of large companies.

Mr. Bass received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of William and Mary and an M.A. in Economics with a concentration in Taxation from Old Dominion University.


Joseph P. Schiavone
Director of Taxes
New Jersey
Trevose, PA

Mr. Schiavone is the Director of Tax for the state of New Jersey. Combined he has over thirty years of experience in accounting and sales tax.

His major responsibility is preparing refund issues for large companies throughout the state of New Jersey. He is also responsible for coordinating all of the New Jersey tax appeals involving representation.

Mr. Schiavone received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rider University in 1979. He is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.


Shawn Sheasley
Director of Taxes

Harrisburg, PA

Mr. Sheasley is a state tax professional with more than twelve years of sale tax experience.

His major responsibility is focused on managing the sales tax technicians and assigning projects for the State of Pennsylvania in addition to assisting with reviews as needed.

Mr. Sheasley has also successfully obtained refunds in the states of MD, MO, IL, CA, NJ, VA, TX, CT, and WA.

Mr. Sheasley received his Bachelor of Science Degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
