| John O. Ridley Mr. Ridley is President and Founder of Dryden Group (Dryden). Dryden is a professional consultancy that provides strategic direction and customized programs to help major corporations, government agencies, and other large organizations control costs. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Ridley has developed innovative approaches used by Dryden to reduce basic expenditures producing savings of over $200 million for its clients. Prior to co-founding Dryden, Mr. Ridley was the former sales tax technical director for Chartwell Advisory Group, Ltd., a sales and use tax consulting firm. At Chartwell, Mr. Ridley’s responsibilities included generating sales tax refunds and reducing sales tax audits for companies across numerous industries. Specifically, Mr. Ridley’s responsibilities included coordination of sales tax reverse audits, audit defense/abatement, and sales tax planning. Mr. Ridley served as a sales and use tax auditor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue for twenty years. In addition to the audits of thousands of large and medium-sized companies, Mr. Ridley supervised the audits of Fortune 500 companies located throughout the United States. Susan M. Lebo Susan’s professional career began in 1990 with Capital Blue Cross, in Harrisburg. Susan worked for Capital Blue Cross for ten years, spending the majority of her time in the Regional Sales Division of the Marketing Department. She began as an Account Executive in 1994 and was promoted to a Senior Benefit Consultant in the Central Region in 1997. Later in 1997, she was promoted to the Regional Sales Manager of the Central Region. She was responsible for all sales and servicing activities of Blue Cross and Blue Shield clients in Dauphin, Lebanon, Perry and Schuylkill Counties with the help of her staff of sales and support professionals. In 2000, Susan left Capital Blue Cross to join Marsh USA Inc., who is the largest Consulting and Brokerage firm in the world. As Vice President and Employee Benefit Services (EBS) Manager, she and her staff were responsible for the sales and benefit consulting functions of the EBS department in Harrisburg. She acted as an account manager and client liaison, and assisted clients with strategic planning in regard to all aspects of employee benefits. In 2005, Susan Lebo became a founding partner of Dryden Cost Containment Group, LLC. As Executive Vice President, Susan specializes in Advanced Funding Healthcare Liabilities for Health Insurance, Workers Compensation and OPEB Liabilities. Her 17 years of carrier experience and top-of-the-line brokerage house consulting experience, makes Susan and Dryden Cost Containment Group uniquely qualified to seamlessly implement the Advanced Funding Model.
