SUT Refund Review:

Dryden Advisory Group Sales and Use Tax Refund Reviews (Reverse Audits) are designed to obtain refunds of overpaid sales and/or use taxes on transactions that are within the statute of limitations for refund in one or more states.

The Refund Review process involves interviews, planning, procurement of documentation by Dryden personnel and the filing of petitions for refund to states or vendors. The ultimate goal of a refund review is to not only recover overpaid sales and use tax for our clients but to educate them in order to save money prospectively.
